This policy explains what cookies are, which ones the Avantia Media Tech website uses, for what purpose and how you can manage them. It has been drawn up in accordance with Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) and the guidelines of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser or device when you visit it. Among other things, cookies allow the site to work properly, remember your preferences or understand how it is used. Alongside cookies, we also use browser storage technologies (such as localStorage) for equivalent purposes, to which this same policy applies.
2. Types of cookies we use
Depending on who manages them, there are first-party cookies (our own) and third-party cookies. Depending on their purpose, we classify them as follows:
- Technical (strictly necessary): essential for the site to work, to keep it secure and to remember your theme preference (light/dark) and your cookie choices. They do not require consent and cannot be disabled.
- Analytics: allow us to measure and analyse, in aggregate form, how the site is used in order to improve it. They are only enabled with your consent.
- Marketing / advertising: used to measure campaigns and show relevant content. They are only enabled with your consent. We use them to know which Google Ads campaigns bring us contacts and clients.

Until you accept, no Google code is loaded and none of its cookies are stored (we use Google Consent Mode with everything denied by default). Google acts as a third party: see how it handles data at policies.google.com.
